Our supervisors have a direct reporting line to our Vice President's whose job is to insure that we execute, that we are forward looking into new technology, and that we circulate and discuss proven technology to other groups within Deep South.
Leaders in quality control and accountability
We emphasize and focus on local accountability. Direct weekly and monthly meetings between Deep South senior management and our customers allow for dialog and performance feedback. In addition, our managers have daily contact with each of their Account Managers/Supervisors to discuss their progress on initiatives and resource needs.
